The zara4d platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have attained this minimum age. zara4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction.
You must not access or use the Platform if doing so is prohibited by the laws of your country or territory of residence. zara4d primarily targets players in Indonesia and operates under internationally issued gaming authorisations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.
The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the Platform:
Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account on the zara4d Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. zara4d reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions associated with them.
When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zara4d will never ask for your password by email, telephone, or live chat. Any activity conducted from your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified zara4d of an unauthorised access event. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available within account settings.
zara4d may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage of your membership, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal request, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or where there is reasonable cause to verify identity. Standard documentation requested includes:
Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
zara4d processes all transactions exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include:
zara4d reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Members will be notified of material changes to available payment options.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, though the Platform reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large deposits.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the following average timeframes, measured from the moment of Platform approval (not from the time of request submission):
zara4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply standard interbank transfer charges, which are the Member's sole responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Members must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. zara4d reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review.
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month, deducted from the account balance. Members will be notified at least 30 days before dormancy fees commence. The remaining balance remains withdrawable at any time upon successful login and KYC verification.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by zara4d are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, and validity periods as stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only and do not affect the Member's original deposited funds unless the Member's real-money balance is zero at the time of wagering.
zara4d employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and may result in cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and suspension of the Member's account:
zara4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. Where possible, Members will be given advance notice of material changes. Bonuses already claimed and with active wagering requirements in progress will not be cancelled retroactively unless fraudulent activity is suspected.
All wagers placed on zara4d are subject to the Platform's right of acceptance. zara4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager without explanation. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance.
If a market is offered with clearly erroneous odds due to a technical error, human input error, or data feed failure, zara4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members. This applies even if the bet has been confirmed and the event has since settled. zara4d will make reasonable efforts to identify and rectify errors promptly.
Asian handicap (known locally as voor bola) bets follow the Sportradar AH ruleset standard. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to be correct for the wager to pay; a single voided leg reduces the accumulator to the next lower number of selections rather than voiding the entire bet, unless stated otherwise on the bet confirmation screen.
Live betting markets may be temporarily suspended during key match events (goals, red cards, VAR reviews). Bets placed while a market is suspended will be rejected and the stake returned. zara4d is not liable for delays in market suspension caused by data feed latency.

All content on the zara4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of zara4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of zara4d.
The zara4d brand name and logo are registered trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks, or any mark confusingly similar to them, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
zara4d aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, force majeure events, and circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. zara4d will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
zara4d accepts no liability for any wagering losses incurred by Members. All betting and gaming activity on the Platform is undertaken at the Member's own risk. The Platform provides tools to help Members manage their gambling activity responsibly, but ultimate responsibility for wagering decisions rests with the Member.
The Platform may integrate or rely upon third-party services including payment processors, game studios, data feed providers, and identity verification services. zara4d is not liable for failures, errors, delays, or misconduct by third-party service providers. Where a third-party failure directly causes financial loss to a Member, zara4d will use reasonable endeavours to investigate and facilitate an appropriate remedy, but cannot guarantee restitution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zara4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team at support@zara4d.cam. Account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification is complete and no outstanding investigations are pending.
zara4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, zara4d reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach, zara4d may forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures. Members will be notified of the outcome of any investigation in writing.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zara4d holds its international gaming licence. The Platform is operated under an internationally issued gaming authorisation and complies with applicable international gaming standards.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and zara4d, the Member must first submit a formal complaint to the support team at support@zara4d.cam, providing full details of the issue, relevant account information, and any supporting documentation. zara4d will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours (WIB) and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
If the complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding on both parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Members waive any right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding against zara4d. All disputes must be pursued on an individual basis.
